Jackie P. Taylor

Jackie has over 22 years’ experience in Organizational Performance Improvement and Technology Enablement and currently serves as the US Alliances & Ecosystems LeaderPublic Sector for the global big 4 consulting firm- EY (Ernst & Young). Over her career Jackie has partnered with large, complex organizations to ensure their workforce, operating/service delivery model and technology enablement initiatives are aligned with their organizational strategy. Her work has aided in advancing the institutional mission of numerous Government, Higher Education and private sector organizations nationally.

In addition to distinguishing herself professionally, Jackie has a sincere commitment to service in her community. Jackie P Taylor is a leader and mentor of the national EY EAN -Entrepreneur Access Network and has served as a mentor and coach to hundreds of Black and Latinx business owners. From 2018-2022, she served as Commissioner of the New Jersey State Martin Luther King Jr. Commission and co-chair of the annual NJ Dr MLK Jr Youth Conference under two NJ Governors.

As a result of her work and community engagement, Jackie P Taylor is the recipient of numerous awards including the NJBIZ’ BEST 50 Women in Business, the Somerset Commission on Status of Women’s 2015 Outstanding Women in Somerse- Information Technology and NJ ROI 2020 and 2021 Influencers – People of Color in NJ among others.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and is certified through Harvard University’s Executive Leadership Program. She is also a Certified Senior Professional in HR (SPHR/SCP).
